Popped in on a Saturday for a bite to eat. It is always quick service where the machines are easy to use, they will bring your meal to the table aswell Food was fantastic and nice and hot. Special mention is that the place is spotless and Jeff is always looking for the next job and generally checking in on customers! Thank you!!

First time here, busy bank holiday Monday. Kids have eaten here before and requested it. Really enjoyed the food! Had a classic stack meal - really tasty! Serving staff were extremely helpful and attentive, and they were tidying up as quick as possible to clear tables. They were also very helpful when extras were needed. If you are looking for tasty fast food that's filling, and decent amount for the money (3 hungry teens!) I would recommend this restaurant.

Visited Popeyes a few times in the metro centre and it’s always great food and service. My little ones love it and always ask to come back. Unfortunately they knocked some of our drink over on this visit and I had nothing to clean it up... fortunately Jeff was there straight away to sort it with a smile. The whole team really put the fast in fast food, we didn’t need to wait for anything

Easy to order using the self service and adding the table number to your order means your food gets served while you sit at your table.. no more standing in front of the counter with your neck craned at the screen waiting for your order number. We were served by Chloe. She was very helpful. She got us the food really quickly... Food quality was good. Fries were nice and crispy. Fried chicken is great Overall great service!

I'm a first time customer and both my family and I had a wonderful experience at Popeyes Metrocentre thanks to the dining area staff member Jeff! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment we walked in. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels welcome. Jeff is a real asset to Popeyes and sets an example of how all customer service should be! Staff like Jeff are hard to find, I don't say that lightly either being a business owner myself! Jeff deserves a promotion and pay rise ASAP! Keep up the amazing work, Jeff! God bless you
